"Teaching is a great way to keep learning." - Matthea Harvey
I am also a university lecturer for East Sussex College group which is part of The University of East Anglia. I teach on the foundation degree in person-centred counselling, and I run and teach the level 1 Interpersonal Skills course.

I was asked to join the tutor team by my own tutor at the end of my FdSc year and I waited until I had completed my BSc year and then decided to give it a go. It feels like an honour to be able to support other people on their journey in becoming counsellors, and in the process of teaching I feel like I am continually learning!
